As we all live on this only earth, Coconut Island is always caring about public good and we decide to support World Toilet Day this year with iDragPaper which will serve World Toilet Day’s ads during the event.World Toilet Day is created by World Toilet Organization to raise global awareness of the struggle 2.6 billion face every day without access to proper, clean sanitation. WTD also brings to the forefront the health, emotional and psychological consequences the poor endure as a result of inadequate sanitation.

Talking about indie games with students

Last month, our CTO Ye Feng, the art director Austin and me visited the top level art university in China,China Academy of Art. Ye Feng made a presentation to introduce the indie games culture. The students are very interested what he was talking about. They asked a lot of questions and some them has made some games by themselves. I’m happy to communicate with them.

We’ve moved!

From March on we are working in a new location, which is roomier, brighter and more comfortable. All the islanders love the new office and they decided to(or are forced to? :) ) working harder on our next games.

10 Million Downloads!

We want to show our gratitude to all of you because with your help our games have been downloaded more than 10 million times in 2010. And till now the number is accumulated to 12 million, all of them come from iTunes App Store. This is really an awesome achievement for a small 5-members-studio. Thanks for your support! Now our studio gets a little expansion and we have 3 new “islanders”. With them we have our design and development ability enforced.  Currently we’re developing a new cross-platform casual game while also trying to create a sequel to iDragPaper. Hope we could present more fun games to you. Cheers!
